Sherry Rivet, ABR, RSPS, ASP

Sherry earned her Real Estate license at the age of 18, and is passionate about all aspects of making a house a home. Throughout her experience, she has sharpened her skills of recognizing a home’s value and selling it for top dollar.

As an Accredited Staging Professional, she can help Sellers maximize their home’s appeal. She will provide a detailed report for home owners which will give them guidance as to what they can do to increase the value of their home and to help it sell more quickly.

As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, she makes sure that her Buyers are educated about the market and the buying process, and negotiates enthusiastically on their behalf. She will provide a free and confidential Buyer Counseling Session to anyone new to home buying or who simply wants to brush up their knowledge in todays changing market.

As a Resort and Second Property Specialist, Sherry works with buyers who are not in the area by providing relocation information, previewing properties, and the other specialized services these buyers need.
